Early Access & Founding Members — Programme Terms

Before its public launch, Sortaba is opened step by step to the people on our early-access list. These Programme Terms explain how that works, who gets what and what we ask in return. They are part of the Sortaba Terms and Conditions; for personal data, our Privacy Policy applies. Sortaba is provided by DIGENSA SRL, Sibiu, Romania.

These dates are our plan, not a guarantee. If a date moves, we will tell everyone on the list by email. Moving a date never removes a benefit described in these terms.

• Joining is free and does not commit you to buy anything.
• After signing up, you confirm your email in one click. Without confirmation, you are not on the list.
• We send at most 2 emails a month. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
• The questions after signing up are optional. We use the answers only to understand how you work and to choose the Founding Members.

How we choose them. The founders read every answer and choose 10 people who sell custom or multi-service proposals, work in teams of up to 10 people and can give feedback during December and January. We aim for a mix of agencies and freelancers. Selection is made by people, not by an algorithm. Being on the list or ticking the beta box does not guarantee a spot.

How we tell you. We email the selected people before 1 December 2026. You have 5 business days to accept; after that, the spot may go to the next person.

What Founding Members get.

• Free access to Sortaba during the private beta and early access.
• The MEGA DOER plan free for 12 months from the public launch date.
• After those 12 months, launch prices locked for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption.
• Direct influence on the product: your feedback goes straight to the founders.

What we ask in return.

• Create at least 3 proposals for real clients during the private beta.
• Take part in 2 feedback calls of about 30 minutes, one in December and one in January.
• Report problems in writing, through the channel we give you.
• Do not publish screenshots of features that are not yet released without asking us first.

If you do not use Sortaba for 30 consecutive days during the private beta, we will write to you first. If nothing changes within 7 days, we may offer your spot to someone else, and the Founding Member benefits end.

• From 15 January 2027, everyone on the list can use Sortaba before the public launch, including on the Free plan.
• The first 30 customers who start a paid subscription during early access become Early Adopters and get 50% off for 12 months on the Pro or MEGA DOER plan, monthly or annual. On an annual plan, the discount applies to the first annual payment.
• The 30 spots are counted in the order of the first successful payment. After 12 months, the standard price of your plan applies.
• The Early Adopter offer ends at the public launch, even if fewer than 30 spots have been taken.

Founding Member and Early Adopter benefits cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts.

During the private beta and early access, Sortaba is still being built. Features may change, contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. We recommend exporting important proposals regularly. If we ever need to reset data, we will tell you in advance and give you time to export it.

We may use your feedback to improve Sortaba, without any obligation to you. We will never publish your name, your company, your clients or your results as a case study or testimonial without your explicit written consent.

We may change or end the programme, for example if the launch plan changes. Benefits already confirmed to you in writing remain valid. We will tell you about any change by email at least 14 days in advance, except for changes in your favour.
